According to my testing... debilitate-> spring attack does 26% more DPS than shield bash -> Onslaught (with glyphs), and shield barrage -> spring attack does ~33% more. If you cancel it before the 3 last hits hit (still registers) it's 12,4% more DPS with debilitate combo, or ~18,9% with shield barrage.
However, Onslaught does have a crit glyph, guessing that it gives around 15-20% (maybe average 18%) higher crit value than spring attack. Now here's where my maths might be failing me... With my maths, it tells me that Onslaught deals 31.6% more damage when not enraged, and 36.5% more damage during enrage, than without the glyph (that extra 18% crit chance). That just sounds ridiculous, that 18% more crit (32% vs 50%) makes such a huge difference.
If this maths is correct, then that means it surpasses Wallop, but does not surpass spring attack DPS. Though, since spring attack has to be chained, Onslaught is always better than a spring attack chain, even if a Wallop is chained in on the end (which which doesn't actually necessarily increase the chains DPS, since chain spring attack DPS is 38% higher than chained Wallop damage).

This kind of confirms what I had read here and there, although I had also had people tell me to never use Onslaught (but I doubted these people).
Priority list seem to be Onslaught combo > Shield counter/Shield Barrage/debilitate+Spring attack+Wallop ~== Shield counter/Shield Barrage/debilitate+Spring attack > Shield counter > Shield barrage >> Debilitate. Debilitate is does about 22.5% more dps than combo attack, but debilitate is only about half the DPS of casting shield counter or Shield Barrage, so it's low priority, just above combo attack.

Basically, 2-2,5 hours of research and fiddling with frames and numbers, I've come to the conclusion that I had already formed... I guess I at least now understand lancer a little bit more.
It's fun to have figured out how good Onslaught actually is, well. if my maths is correct that is.

Your Elin is ugly and infinitely inferior to Nyu. So much so that the servers don't want you playing the game. Restart the launcher. If it doesn't work restart your computer. If not, stop hacking and try again.

It's the same dungeon except dreadnaught is the hard mode. Aka, more HP and more damage on the bosses.
