I'm a 25 year old with 200k in my savings, how do I use this to never have to work again?

I thought this was Veeky Forums not /frugal/. How would you invest this money so it can last you a lifetime? Would you put it in stocks? A business? What kind of business? Or in real estate?

I am in a similar situation.
My plan is to buy a duplex or 4plex.

honestly, there is no realistic way 200k is going to last you a lifetime, especially at 25 years of age.

get a job that pays consistantly every month and use that as your living wage while putting that 200k as a down payment that you rent out, 200k is a good amount so that the rent can cover the mortgage and have a little bit left behind to save as rental income.

hold onto the place for at least 5-8 years as its value increases and then sell it, the profit you make can be used to make a larger down payment for a nicer condo that commands higher rent- repeat the process till you can buy one condo outright, and then mortgage another one and repeat the process.

Convert everything into bitcoin. Divide it in 4 quarters between bitmex, bitfinex, kraken & okcoin. Set margin buy orders about 50-100$ below current price on all 4 exchanges for when btc dips (no more than 3x leverage, just 2x should be perfectly safe).

After that is just a matter of babysitting the margin buy orders (i.e. if btc keeps rising you gotta adjust the buy orders up accordingly).

Eventually you want to diversify at least one of the quarters into ETH or XMR, but not for now as there's a good chance they still got some good dumping to do.
