RNN does not have higher upside potential in the shortterm. By 2018, yes. ARTX at heavy volume,abtta gap up and start a trend up to 4 again. RNN IS a solid company with a solid pipelime. Vut you will be caught bag holsing at .55 until a catalyst emerges in the next year.
