Alright, so this is what genocide looks like in nu-HPM, 0.3.9.1.

First off, to even do the decision it costs 9 infamy whilst the concentration camp modifier lasts from the +0.3 a month.

Then when you actually do it it costs a further 6 infamy, 15 total.

And the end result of this half decade of preparation and 15 infamy?

It kills a whopping 10% of non accepted pops and doesn't change the culture map mode at all.

Question, if I decide to make Catholicism the state religion, it won't convert my Balkan Orthodox and Anglo Protestant, right?
