I imagine the equivalent would be losing 2 mana crystals, which fucking hurts hardcore. Part of the reason Gush is so broken in Magic is because of how mana and mana sources work in that game and the synergy it can have with other cards - picking up 2 lands might actually be a benefit if you're about to make a play that destroys all lands or where you discard cards to fuel something or if playing the lands again is going to trigger something or whatever the case might be. But hearthstone, at this time at least, doesn't have anything like that to abuse with it. There's just no arguable benefit in any way shape or form to having fewer mana crystals.
