She'd be worth more if there was more than supported Quick, but as things stand, Quick on its own pales in comparison to Buster and Arts. Quick is all about consistent crit star gen, but there are already ways of doing that outside of Quick cards. Buster and Arts crits are far better than Quick crits too. They'd need to rework how Quick works for Quick servants to come anywhere near Buster crit and Arts crit teams.

The problem is that Quick is poorly designed on a fundamental level, but there's not enough design space in FGO's battle system to give it a core buff.

Her Defense up is 30/30 at 10, 2nd Skill is 20% NP and 50% Star Gen, third skill is 40% Defense Down.
NP is 20% Def, 30-50% Quick Overcharge, and 1000-2000 HP Up Level.

Her biggest problem is that she's spread out all over the place in terms of the utility she provides, and most quick units are frankly too flawed for what she does to really seriously help them more than just sticking the ones with 2 Arts Cards in an Arts Meme team.
If we get another decent quick supporter though, things will change, especially if said other supporter provides a reasonable way to survive NPs for Quick Teams that isn't "bring two Melts" or "bring Sad Harp Man".
