When it comes to the question of whether or not they'd release them, it does'nt matter how many people have read the fan TL.
They've licensed a product to sell, so now not to sell it would be a waste of money and the height of stupidity.
How many people would buy these translation is another matter entirely, but not without precedent: Sekai usually uses Kickstarters as a preorder system, and the Hoshimemo kickstarter made back twice it's goal.
I'm not sure how many people will go for the Dracu-riot release, but there are probably more people than you think with more money than sense, waiting with baited breath for the 'superior' translation.
