Alright, after a few technical difficulties, a nuking of a Skyrim install, countless revisions, some tears and a fair amount of beer, I'm actually playing the game now and enjoying it.
As a refresher, I'm the guy doing the War Correspondent playthrough that was blowing up the thread the week before last. I've made some revisions in the backstory, mainly making him full Imperial since half-anything reeks of Mary Sue and was causing unnecessary story complications, changing his name, and tweaking his military record a bit to make it more believable.

4k textures with Vivid weathers and ENB look astonishing BUT this is still the same meme Skyrim for me with broken leveling system, same repetitive quests and boooooring main plot

If I want to have a followers based gameplay, should I crank the difficulty up all the way to master to make things harder? I heard that doing so will actually make my followers do 3x damage since followers are treated as NPCs, and make the game easier instead.

Is there any mod that lessens the effect of food? I found "Subsistence" which does it for cooked food, but nothing for raw meat, veggies, fruits, etc. Its no fun when I can just pause mid combat and eat 100 carrots to replenish health instantly.
