Why aren't you playing 3D chess then?

So after playing for a week and going through placement and a dozen or two matches after that I've realized the color coded tiers indicate what kind of player someone is surprisingly well.

Bronzes are completely brain dead. They don't even notice what's going on in their personal vicinity.

Silvers have taken care of that problem, but they have absolutely no idea about tactics beyond knowing to shoot in the enemy's general direction.

Golds start to know about team composition and tactics, but they are shaky about it. In this tier for example tanks very commonly immediately rush onto the cap point at game start.

Platinums have absorbed the idea that teams should always have two tanks and have become married to it. These players also start to realize that they should probably try killing the enemy first before heavily focusing on the objective.

Diamonds have the game basics all down pretty well. Unlike platinums, they have realized why it's a good idea to have two tanks in their team in the first place, and have become more flexible about team composition as a result. Doing some things, like having grover and pip in the same team for example, would get you yelled out of a plat group but not out of a diamond group.

Masters are more of the same as decent diamonds but with even more aggressive gameplay, better aim, out thinking the enemy etc.

While outright killing stuff is all well and good, I seem to be able to be more of a nuisance to the enemy team if I support.

He could use a little buff or something to add more variety. Every match I'm backfield doing the same marker punch overcharge teleport back combo over and over. Maybe give him a double jump.
