Just level the captain to 19 points and reset with elite commander XP at some point, it's not like these two points will make or break the build wether you have them in EM or JoaT.

But user, CVs still keep BB in check. You and I both have watched CVs just go off and nuke 75% (or dev strike it) of a BBs health at the start of a game because he didnt spawn near AA ships. The only reason BBs have saturated the MM pool is because there arent enough CV players. You can blame that one on the shitty UI. If you're unicum in CVs, there is no limit to what you can do.
