shaman mastery does more healing when people are low so you can get really wacky scenarios where shamans just do absurd amounts of healing
and druids have a trait called deep rooted that refreshes hots when someone drops under 35%, which isn't that big of a deal in M+, but in raids can lead to some really insane logs

So with the new leveling scaling, you can go to eastern plaguelands with your new level 1 undead and start leveling there??

They said they won't undermine the feeling of progression. Each zone has an adaptive level range. So if you're starting off as an undead, the areas to the east are still too high for you to go to. But if you want to quest in Hillsbrad the level range will be higher so you don't outlevel it in a few quests.

Some examples they gave were Pandaria/Cata 80-90, Outland/Northrend being the same level and I think ranging from 60-80, since I already passed by all of Lich King by simply doing quests in the first zone and Zul'Drak. mite b cool to see all of an expansion's questlines
