Is there any ADC you should go Lethal Tempo over Press the Attack on? Lethal Tempo doesn't seem to be worth it because of the cooldown, it doesn't even seem to be worth it on champs like Kogmaw, but I bet Press the Attack is going to get nerfed anyways

If I had to guess, press the attack, bloodrazor, then eh... Either BC+titanic hydra and you're sort of a bruiser, or triforce sterak for extra juicy procs

I am still waiting till they introduce BKB for melees. With the amount of CC in this game, melee autoattackers are literal garbage in the current state.
Even mundo who has CC reduction on his W is shit, don't make me start with Aatrox, Jax etc.
Why do you only see ranged autattackers? Because they can at least shoot. As a melee you will never be on target for long enough to make more than 1 autoattack.
