Zero is around the time the reserve course starts revolting in DR3. It goes into more detail about Junko's real talent and how she finds Izuru and gets access to the memory erasing stuff she uses in DR1.
IF is an alternate timeline where Naegi gets his memories back in chapter 1 and saves Mukuro but gets hurt by the spears instead. Mukuro ends up turning on Junko and wants to save Naegi who everyone else thinks is a spy working for Junko.
