Never use any legendary that isn't blastflower. Don't even think about it. Your damage will be absolute garbage without it.
The card that restores ammo when flutter is used is essential and should be at least III. It's extremely useful in a duel situation especially against retards because you can just fly up when you're low on ammo and keep raining nukes.
Rest of your loadout is up to you really, but don't use any seedling cards and avoid deadzone cards. Go for shit like reduced cooldown on flutter and extra health.
Back in the days when she was one of the best damages I always played ultra agressive but nowadays you'll probably want to avoid that if you're up against competent players since everyone deals more damage overall. Try staying in high ground, spaming m1 on tanks and just being as annoying as possible I guess.

That said, if you just want to win, pick BK instead. He's the only consistently good blaster right now.
