Just pick the highest Horde pop one based on wow progress realm pop tool or the realmpop website.
You shouldn't regret it but to be honest if you're really looking to socialize hardcore maybe the reddit servers would be more your speed.

try rolling on EU Outland, supposedly the biggest Alliance server, and see how many people are actually playing on it. Its fucking dead. Hell, you can even check wowprogress and see that there are only a handful of guilds that even stepped into Mythic.
