Plus the possibility of Sayaka regretting her actions adds depth to the ship that just was never there for Saimatsu

I was thinking about it, it would go well with a Danganronpa in a criminal setting, where you initially don't know about it but as you get snippets of MCs memories and the cast slowly starts turning evil the MC decides to fuck them all over in Chapter 6
It could be a vendetta if the MC wasn't a criminal or simple guilt and coming to a conclusion that none of them deserve to live if he was
