Did the performance just fall through the floor on the most recent update? I have an OC'd i5 and a 1060, but as soon as I enter any gunfight the shit lags hard. God forbid someone throws a grenade...

I get that shit when multiple bodies are on top of each other

I've had it kill me because it lingers, so if I'm getting shot at while looting, I'm pretty much dead since i'm getting about 5 fps for the next 10 seconds

If you haven't tried it yet, you should increase the speed of your RAM, doing that improved a lot of frame rate issues for myself and a ton of other people.

Is that really going to help with the loot frame drops?

I consistently dropped under 60 for the longest time when looting and haven't gone under since.
The lowest my frame rate gets now is low 60's when looking at yasnaya from far out, but before I increased my RAM speed the lowest was 50 when looting.

Most people see performance increase by doing it, but the amount varies. It wouldn't hurt just to try it out.

What makes the groza so OP? Looking at the raw stats it looks like it should be just a bit better than an AK because of the 25% RoF increase. Does that make such a difference?

The stats are effectively the same as the AKM for recoil. Recoil might be less apparent because of how quick the next bullet comes off. I wonder if you make the fire rates the same if they have about the same recoil.

why should you play more aggressive? if you're trying to win it's better to play safe since having 4 people up in top 10 is almost a guaranteed dinner. Early skirmishes might be fun but frustrating later on when you get outnumbered.

Aim for the head? There really isn't much of a secret to it. Maybe go for the driver first just because the remaining team won't be able to react well to it, they will just cruise to a stop and not be able to jump. H1Z1 rushing is cancer, sorry about you getting dead.

Well H1Z1 was the original BR. You don't take damage for hoping from a car, so rushing a team in your car, jumping out at the last second and mowing them down was a valid and very commonly used strategy. And fucking gay as shit. I guess I usually ended up with a car out of the ordeal.
