The TTS won't load in for me. It downloaded fine, but now won't load in from the start screen.

Restarting the game, Uplay, and computer didn't work. I wanted to uninstall the TTS and try re-downloading it, but Uplay says that some files cannot be deleted, and therefore I can't uninstall it.
