Thats not Official release. Thats just a Direct rip from PS3/Xbox 360 Version onto PC. I mean a direct port of the game specifically by SEGA not fans.

They handle PC ports. They don't really localise like Nintendo, outside of titles.

Games SoE put up will still be listed as "Sega".
