Having all those Heroes in one place caused unseen problems.
For one the summoner turned out to be a Billy goat and had at least one child per Heroine, then the Heroes developed a habit of starting families with native Askr women. But those were singles, often more than one Hero was present so you had a neglected Sophia start a family with a member of castle staff or had that extra Celica get amorous with someone.
Now all was said and done but there were now hundreds of children with the blood of Heroes in their veins with over half of them being half-siblings.
Someone eventually got too many bright ideas.

I am playing Fire Emblem for the first time, started with Blazing Blade.
I'm enjoying it a lot and it's pretty straightforward for the most part but I have a question: is it ALWAYS better to promote a unit until level 20? I am currently in Chapter 26 and Florina is barely level 15. At this rate I'll be on the last chapters when she reaches 20 and it would feel sort of a waste, should I promote her (and others in a similar situation) now?
