If we go by the theory that Sans' damage comes from Karmic Retribution, instead of raw power, would Papyrus' Gaster Blasters be more powerful than his own, if we assume Papy can use them, too?
Luke Edwards
It's very likely.
Camden Myers
What if King Charlemagne fell into the Underground?
Caleb Johnson
Given Charlemagne's time frame, one might say that he would have fallen in very recently after the monster would have been sealed. Depending on whether or not he would have been the one to have them sealed there would make for a very interesting dynamic between him and Asgore. The use of Magic in post-Roman Europe would have had a profound impact on world History and development.
Evan Baker
Papyrus isn't a judge, it's doubtful he could use karmic retribution. He could probably deal more base damage, like Papyrus's attacks normally do, but it wouldn't ignore i-frames so it would be much less over time.
Michael Turner
Nah, the humans don't have enough armor to be anywhere near Rome or post-Western Rome in history. Maybe like copper or bronze age humanity.
Jack Mitchell
Yeah, that's a good point.
Sealed by Germanic tribes and found by the Franks, perhaps?
Robert Ross
Your favorite encounters angry superman Do they have the what it takes to withstand his wrath?
Thomas Thompson
Could be. Gotta think about the shape of Mt Ebott though. If you look at it, it looks like a really weathered mountain, so part of an older mountain range. And it's small enough or warm enough to not have a snow tipped cap. Unlikely to be in Appalachia, as I don't think Native Americans would commonly use swords unlike the Aztecs in the south. Might be somewhere in Africa? Would make sense with the ancient humanity thing, plus its the right climate and they have some old mountain ranges in South Africa.
Ryder Roberts
He wouldn't hurt such an innocent child.
Oliver Wood
I wouldn't see ancient Africans using anything like what we see in the still images, metallurgy wise. And Frisk and Chara's skin color would be an outright mystery. if not in Appalachia, then I'd say that perhaps we're looking at a ventral European area. Perhaps somewhere in the Alpine region where the monsters were sealed by Alpine or south Rhine area tribes
Grayson Torres
>vetral Whoops, I mean central. We're looking at geography, not anatomy
Jayden Morris
>asriel >innocent
Nicholas Anderson
Frisk and Chara's skin color wouldn't be that big a deal, since they come from more modern times where travel is more common. And South Africans did have swords during their iron age, which was as early as 200 AD. And they do look kinda similar to the sword in the intro. But it can be in a lot of places. If the foliage was just a little bit more defined, it would be a lot easier to identify where it was.
Jaxson Hughes
Don't.

The culture of the outfits and weapons wielded by the other souls do not fit all that much with Africa, however, though that could be mitigated if we assume it was over the span of many, many years.
Parker Foster
It wouldn't be that much of a stretch if we assumed it was in British South Africa, which would have a lot of imports from the west and would have some aspects of British culture. Justice would probably be the hardest soul to justify because I can't imagine cowboys being a big thing in South Africa, but who knows.

putting aside that South Africa has like a 94% literacy rate, they could have been British.

We talking REAL supes or shitty Synder supes? Real supes couldn't kill a single monster since he lacks killing intent so it should be fine

Benjamin Bailey
when's the last time we had two dad threads in a row versus one specific au?
Blake Fisher
Is writefagging okay here?
Dylan Reyes
Yes. We've had a bunch and still have a few that drop in occasionally.

Hudson Morgan
Absolutely. I post all my things here, people are nice.

I write pretty regularly, and have seen exactly one shit post aimed at me. People here are pretty chill about it, even if there are kinds of fics they may not care for.

What's your favorite neutral ending, /utg/?
Jonathan Martin
I don't like any of them
Josiah Morales
They're all sad, but maybe the incomplete pacifist ending where no one dies and they call you to say hi.
Alexander Jenkins
King Mettaton would be super interesting if people ever tried doing anything with it besides the nips.
Carter Wood
And on that note, Chapter 6 of Harry Potter and the Dreamer Awakened is now up!
>where no one dies I guess Asgore doesn't exist or you don't consider his death worth caring about?
Blake Myers
Please don't start this now.
Nathan Morales
I'm just curious user about what he meant? Is he making up an ending that doesn't happen or does he not consider Asgore worth caring about? Maybe I missed an ending?
Leo Long
Asgore is one of my favorite characters. He also dies in every single neutral ending, so it's reasonable to leave him out for the particular task of specifying which neutral ending you mean.
Joshua Young
>so it's reasonable to leave him out for the particular task of specifying which neutral ending you mean. Ahh just a simple misunderstanding then. see that was all it took. Relax a bit
Dominic Hernandez
But does come across as hostile. Please be careful with phrasing it like that.
