It didn't disrupt the game, it got the characters where the plot needed them to be to get to the eventual always planned fiction reveal. Same with the weapons in the Ultimate Robot lab, they make him dangerous to the other students and he can destroy the school buildings to reveal secret areas but he can't destroy the dome with them and get outside (He needs to die to damage it) and he can't even destroy the Exisals with them.

Not only does it go against Tsumugi's goals - why, if she so desperately wants to live in fiction instead of reality, would she reveal it as totally fake by choice - and it's not like it would make a grand finale twist for the audience, but it also gives the survivors a third option to the "hope" and "despair" ones presented - literally go "fuck you" to TDR.

Which they didn't care about. They let Shuichi reach his deduction and monokuma being wrong wouldn't mean anything, because trial 6 proves monokuma was wrong and cheated and literally nobody cares, it just moves into the fiction reveal.

She rolls instantly from being revealed as the mastermind into the fiction reveal and completely laughs off the idea of monokuma executing the wrong person even mattering and the audience doesn't care either, they always knew. Kiibo was added as an audience surrogate from day 1 because the audience being 'in' this game was the plot and audience participation was always the goal.
