Console version has had the problem where OVK has NEVER EVER properly supported it.

Instead of fixing bugs, they just spend a few years jumping generations and telling people to buy more DLCs so that they can support consoles but none of that money ever goes back to console support. It's a black hole and most of the console players just end up quitting or moving to PC. You know something's bad when you get shit like:

Once upon a time you could have 2 potentially correct engines (based on the clues you found): helium, 2 hose & ≥400 psi (≥5783 bar), and helium, 3 hoses & ≤400 psi (≤5812 bar). In both instances one engine would be greater/less than 400, and the other would be exactly 400. At some point this was changed so that the engines that were exactly 400 were never correct.

Other than the calculator still saying the ==400 engines are potentially correct, I don't know what they're talking about.
