Your Garcia is Str blessed, you could make him into a memeworthy hero. Joshua's strength is a bit below average. Other than that, they're both doing great but Garcia would probably be a bit better if you wanted to promote ASAP. If you have to pick one over the other, go with Joshua since he's still doing fine.
