How do people effectively manage their AP?
I just hit level 68 on an account started last Thursday, and I'm probably going to burn through all my remaining level-up AP trying to reach 85 cost (currently on 83) so as to load a full team of event shitters with the stocking booster CE.

Now I actually have to pay attention to AP usage, so I'm wondering if there's some trick to not burning out during the event.

There was a 2 week half AP event near the beginning of the game and most people got a ton of level ups from that alone.

The desire sensor looks at how much xp and your ascension mats. Your best bet is to dump all your xp and make sure you cant get past the 3rd ascension of the servant you want.

It gets easier once you level up a bit more. Your AP cap at level 100 is over 120, that's more than 10 hours of not playing. For now though, just enjoy the massive amounts of extra AP. Christmas is the perfect time for that.

Early days of event are always a bit hetetic since you're doign the story and then farming low AP quests. Then it just kinda drags a bit since 40-50 AP is a couple quests in 10-30min then you wait 8+ hours for refill.

It's really not that bad at event. You missed out on Dango where everyone was farming 5AP quest... that was burn out. Now it's far more paced after the initial couple days.

For actual AP use. just go for what you need currently. You'll lose any enjoyment if you go into full grind efficiency mode. This is a long term casual game, not something you get done in a week playing 8 hours a day.

Once you get alter on the 7th day you can go nuts on stocking farming, or whenever you have shop cleared.

Also don't blow all your apples. You'll always need some for the next event. Just use them till you're happy with your stockpile.

Yeah, that's more or less how I grinded to 68 so quickly. Probably should have spent the entire time farming silver hands to hock for a Mona Lisa, but we live and learn.

Thanks. I know 1 AP regenerates every 5 minutes up to your cap, but I was asking more whether or not there were some strategy to making best use of your limited amount.

eg. I heard in one of the threads yesterday about people farming the 40AP Berserker daily over and over; how one dude had done it 10 times without any Chaos Claw drops.
Is there some trick to that? Did he just do that quest every hour and a half the entire day, or was he burning apples or something? With the amount of farming required to ascend servants in this it's kinda nuts how few your opportunities to grind are, without it taking months.

I know, but Christmas is apparently -the- event to stock up on ascension/skill materials, and my boy Waver is hungry for some rare-as-shit reagents. And I'm kinda late to the party so I have only a few gold apples, which means I'll be whaling quartz to burn.
Truth be told I have no idea what I'm even supposed to do in this event; my only knowledge is that I have to save FP and level Robin Hood, Darius and Phantom as high as possible (don't have any 4*s or Ceasar) or else I'm fucked.
