There are three limit break requirements: Level 10, level 30, and level 70. However, they only add 10 levels to the cap each. The highest you can go without any limit breaks is 70, but if you've done even one (which you apparently have) then you can go beyond 70 without having to do them all.

Most people choose to wait until 70 since LBing increases fuel cost.

Some autists hate Bluestacks for some reason, but I've had zero issues with it.

They do the same thing, it's just down to preference. I use Nox and I've had zero issues. It has an option to set keybinds to parts of the screen which is extremely useful for manual control. No idea if Bluestacks has the same.

Bluestacks is more resource intensive but offers better compatibility, however you can't customize it a lot. Nox is fairly simple to understand, can be customized to get rid of things you don't like and runs most stuff fine.

Nox can run AL perfectly so I'd say use it and if you ever have trouble running other games try another emulator.

Bluestacks 1 and 2 have a long history of being bad, constantly interrupting you to buy it and other annoying stuff. People had to make tools to root it and remove all the bloat it had. It's understandable why they hate it. Bluestacks3 is much better than 1 & 2 but still has some issues. If possible it would be better to leave it as a last resort emulator.

Front line is 5, so Hermes must have gone up from 2 to 3 fuel. I've never used Hermes, but I know Ranger starts at 2 fuel then goes up to 3 somewhere in the 30s; maybe Hermes goes up at a higher level?
