Are there any team based FPS games alive with large enough teams that you can go afk for a few minutes and not just auto lose?

I'm thinking like TFC. When there's 10 guys on a team it doesn't matter if you have to stop for a minute to deal with your dog wanting to go out. Can't do that in smaller team games

TF2. That's about it. Most other games now have shrunk teams massively to 6v6 or smaller.
