I'm having a lot of trouble with my teammates not focusing wounded enemies, taking advantage of stunned people behind our line, and in general not really playing with any awareness.

This only started when I switched from ranged and support to melee, is there something I'm not getting? Any tips to improve? Melee shitter problems?

The strange thing is that they said that all they had to do was rework a private match lobby for matchmade games. Since that screen does the whole "pick with your team without seeing the enemy" thing and already exists in-game, I can't imagine why it would take so long other than they just put the work in elsewhere.
