Should I still pull from the Icebitch banner? Started this week, so my only 5* are Brave Ike, Brave Lucina and Hector.
The somewhat better or interesting 4* are Nowi, Tiki, Olivia. Also Lilina as the only red mage, Soren as the only green.
Ended up with 3 Faes' aswell, is she worth keeping and maybe upgrading eventually or just a meme?

I have a +spd Nowi too, though with max investment (without summoner support) she can reach 40 speed with Fury, speed seal and speed Lightning Breath upgrade, which is decent but powercreeped IMO.

I actually like Camillas thighs more. That Nohrian exposed thigh/panty fashion is on point.

It depends entirely on what you plan to do with her. I'd recommend merging into +Spd/-HP or +Atk/-HP so don't take the Res upgrade.
Atk upgrade is totally unneeded if you go down the Wo Dao path.

I took Def for now but I really think Spd would be best and get even better if I merge into a +Spd Selena.

If you're lacking in 5*s then icepussy banner is absolutely your best bet, most the units you get from there are excellent. I would advise you roll reds since you already have Bike and Blucina and Hector.
Nowi and Fae with the weapon refinery are some of the best units in the game right now, what are their IVs? In my experience Nowi is more of an offensive unit while Fae is more of a wall. ATiki is also good but she really wants Steady Breath to be at her strongest which is exclusive to BIke (and if you only have one BIke then you shouldn't use it as fodder). Olivia is a dancer and dancers are always good, although she is arguably the worst dancer. Lilina is a good red mage with investment (she wants Raudrblade+) since her attack stat is ridiculous but she's generally outclassed by Tharja and Celica.

It just means that if say, fir, attacks Matthew the dagger effects won't go off unless he has close counter.
