Good luck getting into chevs to mvp unless they're HL and at that point it's just faster to wanpan for flips than it is to try and mvp every HL you do.

Just to cover what the other anons left out, you should be getting Nio to 5* if you get her. She's fine at 4* but 5* is where she really outshines korwa.

4* Nio is more then serviceable, though you make her for coma more then anything else at 4*, it's going to get even better when it's turned into a local debuff.

I really hope some of the event loot things get changed next year.

cause HL bosses will be at 20% hp by the time korwa gets to use her buffs.

Also nio ougis for like 11x attack damage if you have siete around and have the tuning debuff.

I heard some people who actually got the character already got unbanned, although they removed the character they got, can someone confirm?
