BT is Black Tower but known as Skybreak Spire over on the Western servers, Groups generally want 950+ for rando ones and even then I wouldn't advise doing that. You're better off finding a reasonably competent clan.

DKV is fine, usually no AP req and people are stupid to want one.

FAS is a bit more shaky with sub-900s and if you want MSP 1-8 you should just wait for 3 days and then the story gives you the entire set for free.

and Temple of Eluvium aka Vortex Temple (VT) is miles off for you yet.

Currently i'm just doing dailies, spending the event craft dosh for gems and trying to level alts to do more dailies with.
I almost have enough to evolve my weapon one more time then i will have used up most of my stuff gained so far from dashes and the like.

So I have to slug through what? 80 hours of boring quests and menial tasks before I get to the fun bit.

I'm good.

leveling to 50 is like 10h now.

That's still 10 hours of a lot of really boring stuff though.
