4* units generally have 10-12 less BST than their 5* counterpart. So you'd need 5-6 merges to reach same BST as a 5* unit.

Eliwood and Siegbert are both great alternatives to Brave Roy's disgusting Galeforce offense. If you're mentioning Mia of all characters, Soleil is definitely about as good. I might be stretching it with Sigurd and Ike.

+Def/-Spd A.Tiki is probably her best IV set.
+Spd on Fae isn't great, but -Hp tends to be good unless you have some Infantry Pulse for her to hold.

Fae counters both Rein and Blyn but since you already have Nino you probably don't need a Rein counter. Tiki is a defensive monster but you gotta have Steady Breath for it to work so if you have that I'd say go with Tiki since you're already using a Nino.

Rudolf's design really rubs me the wrong way. Especially compared to the other characters in his game. He looks more like an Awakening character than an Echoes one, maybe it's done on purpose. Sorry, no Ninians unless they're oriented around supporting dragons. Most Ninians I see seem to be a generic dancer than a dragon, especially when they unequip their Fortify Dragons. And she didn't really help me much in mobility compared to Witchy Nowi. Dancers aren't too helpful for enemy phase-oriented units.

I don't mind unforged, especially since I've been maining dragons long before this update.
