That's a Eye of Cthulhu reskin though. When I say reskin boss, I mean that at it's core it's basically a certain reskinned boss. Of course it's not the exact same but it basically IS a massively buffed Eye of Cthulhu with tons of new attacks and whatnot. I'm looking for something completely original and yet not broken.

When are you supposed to do Spirit Mod's Tide event? I'm guessing post-Skeletron for pre-hardmode, but I've got no clue about whent o do the hardmode version.

You don't necessarily need to fill the gap. Four blocks wide is technically enough. BUT, you have to bear in in mind that vines, thorns, and rock moss(not sure on that one) will spread corruption. Six blocks wide plus extra care taking on the surface and jungle should suffice.
Corruption will also spread thru background walls like flower/grass walls(It will even do this pre hardmode), but as far as I know this won't actually affect other materials, tho it could potentially turn the entire jungles background purple.

I have never rented a dedicated server before, how expensive is it to rent one out for 2 months? This time of year I always marathon terraria with my friends with a fresh world but having one of us host the world has always led to lag issues and problems. It would be best if we could get a dedicated server to host the game

Acvtually, amusingly enough, the SUPREME Calamitas (not regular Calamitas) is unique as far as Terraria bosses are concerned. It fucking turns the game into a Bullet Hell

Yes.

It has its own sense of progression that shits all over vanilla and its bosses are stupid, that's about it. The mod isn't exactly bad, but it's full of dumb decisions.
