They aren't mutually exclusive but they're completely unrelated. If the idea is to play old content on a newer patch does it matter if it takes you 2 days or 2 months to hit the desired level? Many people have already done the level grind a hundred times and think it's a chore, not some magical journey that gives their character a special purpose. Highrates makes the boring part faster so you can focus on what you actually intended to do on the character.

Well I suppose the people who feel that way can play on your server. Leveling is character progression and world building, which are a lot of fun. Project 60 is about taking your time and savoring the content, experiencing the actual world instead of bum-rushing to level cap and getting geared.
Besides, experiencing a level 30 zone you haven't seen before is a lot more interesting at level 30 than level 60.

firestorm is the beggiest garbage I've ever played I play wotlk on there and once tried MoP, in the troll starting area the first quest where you hit a dummy with your new skill didn't even work and the server you're talking about is full of spanish and french players nothing else

Pvp at 85 for alliance is fucking miserable. Top heals almost every match, but top 6 or 7 DPS is always horde. Getting blown the fuck out by frost mages and ele shamans, and not getting any peels.
Should I just bite the bullet and faction change to horde? Pretty much all I do is pvp.
