If you're going for maximum DPS that's exactly what you should be doing. Her T&A gives her charge bar faster than all of your other units, meaning that you have plenty of % to spare until you release your Charge Burst.

What makes azure halo cast buffs in levi HL? It seems like if lev has some buffs but not all of them it'll recast it, but I can't tell what triggers it in the first place.

To be fair I would like to see Flaretato 5*, because I don't have idea what they would do with her, maybe outside of improving her ougi crit to current standards. Her kit is amazing and I'm surprised she's so underrated right now.
I can agree that Heles is the one who probably need 5* the most in the fire right now, but there is that rebalance thing which can change her position drastically.
Aoidos isn't really that bad right now, but the other options are less rng depended and don't kill themselves just to be decent. Still I would be surprised if he's the next fire 5*, but who knows.
