I think she's a good 2 of finisher in mid if you're having trouble bridging the gap. Remember Phantom Howl and Death's Breath both rotate out, so mid will have less things to spend necromancy on.

Ceres is overstatted, she's not for face hitting, she's good for delaying shit and board control. 2 Damage ping is good because it whacks cheap bane shits and kills any 2hp left that threatens her.

She should get the nerf bat, like moving either her heals or clash into an evo or not giving her full evo stats at all.

Atleast the albert reprint will be playable unlike the cerb reprint

If you want a truly overstatted card, look at cards such as Belphegor, Beauty and the Beast or Cinderella. Complaining about pre-nerf Sibyl is justifiable because she had vanilla stats and smacks for 6 face. Ceres is in no way going to threaten lethal on your face with her 3 damage base, especially when you're something like haven in general or DShift.
But let's flip the chessboard a bit, what stats do you want Ceres to have?

Why can't you say the same thing about Sibyl? Why didn't you defend Sibyl? Dragon relied on her to survive, to bet on the odds. Ceres isn't particularly necessary for Shadow. Shadow can run whatever they want from a massive selection of card pool.
