You know what a block string is right? A true block string means I can't do shit between right?
A frame trap is like a fake block string that tricks people into trying to jab or something in between moves but instead gets counter hit. You practice them so that you can anticipate counter hits and confirm into shit.
Example: Alex forward HP, the one where he spins. i press medium punch after this button and if you tried to push anything in between you get counter hit which I know lets me link into another MP into chop.
