Any of the green axe users, Amelia probably being the best of them. They enjoy the increased defenses, Tharja's ability gives her QR5 and cooldown, and at speed+ it gives her 39 speed when engaged on, making her very hard to kill. Not to mention any A skill she might have. Tharja and Robin are probably the best for their weapons respectively. Tharja because she has literally no competition in the barren field that is red books, especially tanky ones, and MRobin because his stat spread is the most even and benefits from the boosts

I remember hearing he blew a ton of orbs on some banner leading up to this (legendary banner I think?) and then a load more on getting Rhajat.
After that, he was running pretty low.

I got Effie trying for Robin so I'm going to consider it a net win.
