High school is hard, way harder than I thought it would be. Isn't starting a new chapter of life with your friends supposed to be fun? At first I thought my old friends just didn't see me in the hall (the upper class men are really tall!), but I'm starting to think that they are just ignoring me. I'm pretty sure I saw Hitori look right at me too, but at least they don't seem to mind when we all sit together at lunch. (The food here is really yummy! :3 )
The uniforms they make us wear are really hot and uncomfortable, I feel like these sweaters are trying to suffocate me, but the blazers are kind of cute at least... Still, I feel like passing out when we are changing classes sometimes.
Dad still hasn't found a new job yet, so I have trying to help out a bit. Miss Hyota (she has a kid now! and doesn't know who the father is!!! D: ) is having me walk her dog every other day, while the Nakamura's are having me clean their house once a week. Washing the floors and dusting isn't too hard, but it's kind of hard to reach the tops of the windows. I think Mrs. Nakamura is cleaning the tops of the windows anyway. I think she feels bad for me...
I don't want anyone to feel bad for me, Mom. I know you never wanted anyone to feel bad for you.

After seeing the voting I came to a conclusion: We'll read TWO books! Lolita and Western Front barely got one vote difference between both and the latter has been always popular. I would've picked it but I also realized it's quite a short read.
So here's how we're gonna do: You can pick one or both, it's up to you. Western Front should be doable for Saturday 6th January and for Lolita the first part by Sunday 7th (but we will discuss both on these days most likely). Afterwards will move on with Lolita and I will also revamp the format of the book club How it will be? It's a secret~!
