Prenerf patron was unironically the most skilled deck in the history of hearthstone. It was far from OP, its winrate never got above 45% in ladder nor competitive as it was in check by the other dominant deck, giants warlock.

Winrate doesn't matter when it comes to the strength of a deck. Razapriest is fucking absurdly broken, majority of high legend slots are razapriests but the deck's winrate is below aggro paladin's.
