Kush is extremely weak to headsniping
IG works well too because of its mobility and the ability to easily remove Kush from the air without flash bombs.
Lance to a lesser extent, being able to block tornadoes when you get caught in a shit position is nice though

My 2nd game was FU, and I think I stopped at the Diablos fight, but maybe I stopped a bit later. It was pretty frustrating
Question is: I'm considering trying FU again, does it get easier over time? Because fuck, I struggled all the way through

Monster hunter is a game about hitting walls. You will hit walls. Sometimes you'll get lucky and catch a break with a later monster being easier. But then you go back to hitting walls again.

Looking to go back and clear out 4U Hr 7 and beyond. Daora's wind is far worse than I ever remember, how does Wind Res High stack up, would in negate even it's enraged wind? Never had to use wind press in all my experience with it.

Yes and No. In FU the monster's movements are way more primitive than they are now so they're easier to predict. The actual difficulty tho comes from the janky hitboxes of some the monsters (plesi, raths, digblos) which will guarantee to piss you off. But as along as you adapt to them you'll be fine

Are one-horned Diablos and one-eared Garuga the only monsters who are in quests with pre-broken parts?

Maybe invest more in a status crit set and get you a poison weapon since he's extremely weak to it plus it weakens he's wind shield
