Ironically, the only unit that still has Brave Suit as BiS after physical units got the Training Clothes and Magical Units got those +55/+60 MAG robes is Aileen, and only if you don't' count the LNY Chocobro TMR.

The basic difference between the Aileen and Ramza enhancements is that Aileen becomes good when she gets them, while Ramza's enhancements are deprecated right out of the gate.

Some day, in a far off future, we might get both of the JP Dragoon updates in a single GL update.

Add in Loren's TMR and a Ring of the Lucii and he's at 270%, enough for an ATK+30% to be enough to top him off (but make it an Adventurer V anyway so he can get the +def/+spr). And your other accessory can be Desch's Earring.
