Chrom is literally green Effie. If you like Effie's DC build, you'll like Chrom's (except he might actually be a bit more effective due to less wasted Spd and color advantage over the bulk of great blue mages out there).

Hey guys can you help me build an arena defense team? I have a lot of units (spend some money for some seasonals) but I would like some niche combinations since I'm not really into arena and more into collecting characters.

Not perfect IV's on the majority of them, but mostly neutral and not-that-terrible spreads. Lachesis is the last at max level, the others are still in-training or just fodder material.
