All they do is hover directly above you (out of your viewcone) and shit hell on you, your only hope is that you respawn with an LoS where they can't shoot you but you can shoot them.

Depends on the SSD speed, will be faster than a regular Hard Disk. I only have to wait a couple of minutes to load the game.

save in single player underground somewhere in a train track. load into single player this way, then into an invite only session. By far the fastest way to load in. The issue is the connection, not the loading of the game itself.

No, you can quick safe from your phone. I can get from launching the game to loaded into SP in under 1min, probably another 1min to join a friends session

Requires 2 people. Only benefit is if you need the facility to store some of the new stuff, but I dont know if you can park the jetpack elsewhere

If you count the orbital cannon as a benefit then yes, otherwise no, and yes you need at least 2

All the new heist missions (the only thing the facility is used for) require 2 members minimum, its also required if you want to buy an avenger or a jetpack

I completed all the heists with randoms, you only need one other person to do them so it's easy getting randoms to join. Also the Avenger is way better than the MOC so if you use that to upgrade your weapons and buy ammo than I'd recommend getting it.

Can someone please tell me if you actually do pay insurance when you blow up someone’s personal vehicle on PC or does the message pop up but not actually take any money? I’ve heard the actual payment part is disabled or was at one point.

On PC only, modders repeatedly found ways to spoof players blowing up vehicles costing them millions and putting them in bad sport lobbies. As a quick fix, rockstar disabled insurance on PC, and then it seems, did so permanently.

Modders in this instance did us a favor. Its long been a tool to extort money from players (die to kuruma or blow it up for 6k?). You still pay money for destroying your own vehicle obv.

the jetpack is a floaty helicopter that can skim the ground freely. Its very unresponsive to roll and has no power in any direction but forward. Its small enough to fly close to the ground among obstacles, but too clumsy to avoid them at its average top speed. If you ever try it out, you will be immediately underwhelmed. Its not fun.

It would have been more fun if it acted like a rocket strapped to the players back. LIke only JATO (but stronger) with no constant thrust and maybe some wings or a parachute to glide. Or maybe just ragdoll, anything would have been more fun than this floaty helicopter.

Everyone uses these glitches anyway, i don't know why they don't just make them official features already.

lazer is only still king because most players in freeroam are just messing around and lazer is the best at overwhelming power. Almost anything can beat a lazer now. Mogul can kill it, bombusha can kill it, pyro can kill it, volotol can kill it. Im sure 3 gunners in the avenger could wreck a lazer easily, the thing has no blind spots and its guns go far further than the canons on the lazer reach.

I don't know the exact names and i can't check right now. The long sleeve shirt is in a category with many military style clothing. The shemagh (i guess you mean the scarf thing) is in the scarves category, under accesories. The plate carrier is in the vests/utility vests or something like that, near the bottom of the list.

I had this last night, I think the shirts they allow show body armor are really picky.

Maybe it was in a certain order, try equipping the vest and scarf first and then scroll through the list until it lets you equip a proper shirt/top. I'm at work right now but in 2 hours from now i promise i'll record a clip and post it here.

by the way, nose diving in a plane? cant hit what you cant see? as a pilot you just focus on your plane not fucking up, the gunners job is to be staring and gunning threats, so if a plane has 3 dedicated gunners, then you should have 3 gunners tracking you at all times

mogul has a canon that goes .5 km while the lazers canon goes .2 km. The mogul goes 135 while the lazer goes about 155. Plenty of time for a kill. Not my fault youre old meta. Bombushka and volotol have 2-3 of those.

This is a legit point. Once you "totally own" some lazer pilot, they either leave the server or start shitting on the ground and pyro is just an air-king. Its too much of a pain for them to go get a pyro and dogfight since "re spawning" in a plane takes so long.
