9.5k for fully upgraded bunker, 30k for all mc business fully upgraded. 1000 for yacht, 1500 for hanger (+50 for each planes) 650 for 4 mechanics, 300 for assistant. 75 for each apartment. 50 a WEEK per apartment/office for cleaning maid service.

I may be missing some things. If anyone knows any other things which may increase my utilities, please let me know. I dont want to buy anything if it wont give me some more fees.

Free I'm pretty sure, they do nothing but let you do the heist/buy the facility related vehicles

there is always a minor property fee of some sort less than 1k usually

If you can control the twitchy shit, sure. I have it maxed out on all aircraft, it is especially fun as fuck on the Alpha Z1. All helicopters max out the handling, since they have rolling and pitching.

Rogue is bretty fun, just max it out completely.

The avenger has NO WEAKNESS. It beat everything, it's OP as fuck, buy it if you want to own everyone in the server. Its the pay to win part of pay to win.

It's one weakness is homing missiles though, chernobog wrecks it.

it doesnt just make them more twitchy, it makes you turn at a tighter angle/faster. It makes it harder to use because its making you more powerful in a dogfight.

The Avenger has such ridiculous range you can blow up chernos before they lock on.

3499, the westernmost Zancudo hangar, is the best hangar. The other two are memes.
Base access is nice and it's handy to be able to spawn planes, especially since it despawns your car and allows you to call another. Buy one if you like planes and have lots of cash to burn on customizing them, but don't expect to make money with airfreight. Even during double-payout week it was barely worth the trouble.
