He has THE strongest arrows, and he can fire any number of them from multiple directions without even moving. That's not mentioning how each and every single one of those arrows have a special effect, as they're all NPs.
In a fight against Gilgamesh, if he's being merciful and not turning you into a porcupine by using a 360 angle barrage of Noble Phantasms, Lancelot MIGHT stay alive, but he'll be on the defensive all the time. Against Gilgamesh, it's not possible to go on offensive without protagonist powers.
