Physic+ is good for ranged healing, Recover+ heals the most overall with no gimmicks. I personally only have experience with Physic+, my +Atk Genny heals 25 HP with an Atk+3 skill.

Those are both fine as long as she is +atk, but I would say 3 more speed is more useful than 3 more res so I would go +atk -res.
