Can't really tell but it doesn't look like it does, seems like the echo number is only showing up on the middle one but it might give the echo damage from all 3 hits instead of just the one.
I also don't really like it but if you have like 7 AK-4As it probably pays off since she probably wouldn't have to worry about hitting damage cap since her auto is split into multiple hits. I assume she would be able to over cap because of that but who knows. Going to test with enmity later.
