You've got a pretty good FS team in there already, Leo and Monet can be subbed out for most anything you need, intvankov or raid boa when you get around to farming her etc.

You can make a pretty good meme team with some of those

Sorry to bother you for more, but since it was mentioned earlier, I also seem to have some good Slasher subs for PSY Law, so that's a possibility after I get Mihawk too - Cabbage, Tashigi, and 3D2Y Zoro seem like the big standouts.
I imagine I need Shiki for Fuji, still? I don't have Caesar, only the 1.5x Driven boosting Perona.
Croc is probably hopeless because no 3D2Y Robin. Unfortunate, I like Croc.

I intentionally skipped out on the 50 Ray points Luffys, just so I could get both Luffy and Zoro sockets at once. I don't want to gem both FNs, since I don't feel like spending many gems so close to 3rd anni.

If Shiryu isn't your only option, then he's generally your worst option.

I'd go with Kizaru simply because you can utilize the matching friend mechanic with him. I don't remember the raid well enough to weigh in on any greater extent than that I'm afraid. I wouldn't waste my time with any raid whereby I had to refresh mismatching friend captains, but then again, I've never had to.
