Chloe is 5'9" based on her ID, and Rachel's height is never mentioned but she is dwarfed by Chloe (5'9") and her father James (6'3", same height as Damon Merrick) and is clearly much shorter than Chloe, so at 15 she seemed to have a bit of growing to do before she reached the 5'5" she was at age 18. I'd guesstimate she was somewhere around 5'2" or 5'3" in Before the Storm.

It's funny, both Rose and James are quite tall. Rose is around 5'9" and James is 6'3". With Rachel's dreams of becoming a model, you would think fate would have had her become quite a tall girl, but Sera kind of doomed her to always be a tiny little thang.

Hazel eyes are kind of mysterious. Usually, it's blue with a bronze-ish ring around the pupil.
Rachel is just straight up green though, regardless of what you want to call it. Green with one light brown circle around the iris and pupil.
